MAŁGORZATA ZALEWSKA
One of only a rare few concert Harpists in the world who is not only a gifted artist on the Modern Harp, but as well on the Celtic, Electric and Baroque Harps.
She is a graduate of the Music Academy in Warsaw and continued her studies at the Academy of Music in Paris. She made her professional debut with the Warsaw National Philharmonic in 1993 and began a permanent affiliation with the Warsaw Chamber Opera in 1994. She has performed in headline appearance with orchestras in Austria, France, Italy, Hungary, Germany, Russia and United Arab Emirates and has made various recordings for Decca and EMI as well as peforming with Enio Morricone and touring with Yehudi Menuhin.
As a soloist, she has performed with such noted artists as Francisco Araisa, Brigitte Balleys, Massimiliano Cialdi, Agnieszka Duczmal, Chikara Imamura , Graz Trio, Jerzy Maksymiuk, Daniel Stabrawa, Małgorzata Walewska, Tadeusz Wojciechowski.
